A feasibility study must determine whether it is viable to demolish the existing commercial property at the Scheldeweg in Maassluis and realise affordable apartments at this location for the first-time buyers’ market. Mapase is also investigating whether it can make some of the dwellings available for migrant workers and for people living independently under supervision.
