Mapase realises real estate projects that are not only interesting for investors, but also bring added value to society. By developing projects that may be less profitable from a commercial point of view, but that offer a ‘better’ social return. For example, we explore whether cheaper owner-occupied and/or rented houses can be realised within a project. Or flats for people who live independently under supervision.
