Parkwachter Project
On the outskirts of Kralingen and Crooswijk, there was a great need for a modern health centre in this part of Rotterdam. The sale of the flats in the top floor “financed”, so to speak, the construction of the health centre, making health care feasible for local residents. This project was developed by Wil Poort from CornDon Investments in collaboration with the construction company Koninklijke Van Waning.
